Job summary

Reporting to the Divisional Director and with line management responsibility for Directorate Operational Management team, the Directorate Manager is an exciting role. With operational responsibility for local and regional medical specialities Medicine the opportunity for service growth, transformation and development is in your hands. Leading multi-disciplinary teams to identify and implement service improvements, the opportunity to work to your strengths and expand your skills and knowledge is yours.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the role include oversight of performance, financial management and management of medical staffing from a rota and HR perspective.

There are exciting opportunities to work alongside clinical leads to develop strategic plans and build business cases to improve the services.
