Job summary
Our dedicated administrative team to provide support to the therapy and management team with referral and clinic management, typing, general and specialist administrative functions. You will be enthusiastic, confident, have excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills and have a positive "can do" attitude and team focused. Able to use Microsoft Office packages and willing to learn bespoke NHS packages. In return, you will receive an induction programme, full training and have the opportunity for ongoing learning and development.

Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Speech and Language Therapy Service.
Manchester Local Care Organisation is an exciting, new public sector organisation bringing together NHS community health and social care services in the city. The first health and social care staff were deployed in April 2018 and are working in new ways across the city. Teams work as one in neighbourhoods they serve - delivering and designing services in partnership with local people. We provide key services that work across wider localities and city-wide. Able on occasion to work from different bases within Manchester. The role is demanding including high volumes of telephone calls.
We will consider both full time and 4 days (30 hours) applications.
