Job summary

Data is a key component to the monitoring and success of the the National Institute of Health and Care Research (NIHR) Manchester Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) and Clinical Research Facility (CRF) hosted by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT). Data keeps our stakeholders informed about progress and activity.

As part of the Data Team, the post-holder will be responsible for supporting the Information and Data Management Lead with the production, development and promotion of a range of information and analysis services to meet the reporting requirements of the BRC and CRF.

Main duties of the job

  • Develop thorough understanding and have oversight of BRC and CRF portfolio and performance data sets.
  • Provide regularly scheduled and short notice, quick turnaround reports about BRC and CRF portfolio or performance activity.
  • Provide development to the BRC and CRF Data Coordinators managing their respective portfolios and identify and drive common ways of working.
