Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Registered Nurse to join our welcoming and dynamic team within our busy fracture clinic at Manchester Royal Infirmary. To be successful you will need to communicate effectively with other departments and disciplines across the MDT. As a team, we are focused on continuous quality improvements and professional excellence and we are looking for someone who shares our visions and values to provide exceptional patient care.

Main duties of the job

What the role entails:

Support fracture clinic, elective clinics and the plaster room

Cast Removal and application of basic casts

Wound care

What we need from you:

Nursing Registration with the NMC

Willingness to undertake the accredited British Orthopedic Casting Certificate (BCC) qualification (desirable)

Excellent clinical skills

Commitment to providing excellent standards of care as well as promoting positive patient experiences
