The post-holder will act as a point of contact for the BRC and CRF Operational Directors, executive groups and research teams for EDI, education and training activities across the BRC and will report progress via the BRC and CRF governance structures.

The Education and Training Manager will have direct line management responsibility for the CRF Training Coordinator and will oversee the BRC-linked workload for the MAHSC/BRC Training Coordinator.
