Main duties of the job
The role
As a Workforce Systems Specialist you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the Empactis Absence Management solution.
The post-holder will be responsible for maintaining Absence Manager, delivering virtual and face to face training sessions, providing support to staff teams across the MFT Trust to increase system confidence and digital maturity, and making changes to the data within Absence Manager to ensure accuracy and efficiency is maintained.
The role of the Workforce Systems Specialist requires high attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
The role is challenging but very rewarding as it offers a good balance between working 'behind the scenes' in a warm and vibrant office environment, and engaging with frontline clinical professionals to support and improve their processes and practices.
