Job summary

We are looking to recruit 2 Assistant Audiology Practitioners to join us at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust based at Withington Community Hospital and working at Wythenshawe hospital. You will be joining a diverse and friendly team of audiologists, clinical scientists, administration support, and management, who are all focused on providing the best possible service to our patients.

Main duties of the job

The post-holders will work closely with students, associate, audiologists and more senior staff to ensure that a consistently high-quality clinical service is provided.

This is a varied role looking after adults with hearing aids within the audiology service including providing a hearing aid repair and maintenance clinic. Advising on assistive devices and supporting the senior team assisting in routine and complex clinics. You will also be responsible for stock control in the repair and clinic rooms
