Job summary
The is an exciting opportunity to join our NHS Talking Therapies Southampton team who provide a range of low and high-intensity CBT, Psychoeducational groups and counselling for the population of Southampton City, with 10,000 patients coming through the service each year. We are looking to recruit 2 full time Administrators to join our friendly and fast paced team.
Are you are someone who has the ability to prioritise their work load and adapt to any situation, someone who works well under pressure, is motivated and enthusiastic, with strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management, and a high level of IT proficiency ?The ideal candidate will be confident working across various computer systems and demonstrate a full range of administrative capabilities. Working patterns require that you must be able to work 60:40, provide one evening a week and Saturday shifts on a rota basis.

Main duties of the job
To provide efficient administrative and occasional reception support within the Steps to Wellbeing Service.

To liaise with members of the public in their dealings with the team/service, some of whom may prove at times to be distressed, challenging, or aggressive in manner.
*
To liaise with other members of S2W to help to organise and deliver a safe and efficient office system to support sound patient care, consistent with clinical governance, whilst helping the team to achieve targets and complete timely returns of information.
