Job summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for highly skilled paediatric nurses to join our service.Within our Children's Community Nursing service, we believe in providing exceptional holistic care and support to babies, children, young people (BCYP) and their families within Southampton and south west Hampshire area. Our dedicated CCN team work collaboratively with BCYP, families and the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure care is provided as close to home as possible. Main duties of the job
