Job summary
NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire and Isle of Wight(NHSTT HIOW) is looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Permanent Operations, Quality & Innovation Lead. The post holder will work in collaboration with the Associate Directors, Clinical Leads and Senior leadership team to ensure all clinical and operational aspects of the service are delivered, supporting NHSTT HIOW's strategic development, Transformation, expansion, and quality improvement.
As well as implementing programmes of improvement and expansion across NHSTT HIOW, the post holder will work closely alongside the Associate Directors, the Clinical Leads, Service Managers, the area Clinical Managers, HIOW Healthcare Foundation Trusts Directors of Psychological Therapies, and Corporate / Business partners in developing the service to be efficient, high quality and a centre of excellence.
You will maintain day to day responsibility for driving the programmes of transformation at each stage, from inception to post implementation evaluation, in line with the time & quality requirements of the service.
The post holder will work collaboratively with key partner organisations, patients and their families, clinicians and other practitioners with the objective of setting the highest possible standards and holistic care in accordance with the service philosophy, agreed national and evidenced based standards of clinical excellence, and other relevant guidance and legislation.
Main duties of the job
Management and leadership of Administration, Business & Accommodation, Performance and Data, Digital, Patient Engagement, and overseeing Employment Advice, working in collaboration with the Service and Clinical Leads to implement strategic developments and expansion, and quality improvements.
Work in collaboration with the Head of Service, and Clinical Head of Services to ensure that NHSTTH meets the specifications of a NHSTT site.
Play a key role in facilitating long term plans in liaison with local partners on how the service should develop.
Work in collaboration to develop workforce plan to meet the needs of NHSTTH, taking into account expansion targets, local recruitment and retention issues (including staff turnover and training).
Work alongside the senior leadership team to implement service developments within NHSTTH as outlined in SDIP.
In conjunction with the NHSTTH senior leadership team, play a key role in the development of the NHSTTH service from a financial, capacity and operational modelling perspective.
Ensure that the interests and needs of patients and their families are represented and addressed in service planning and delivery.
Oversee operational elements of working with third party providers and Solent Mind partners.
In collaboration with the NHSTTH senior leadership team and relevant Business partners, the post holder will oversee the development & delivery of the NHSTTH transformation & growth plans.
