The postholder will play a key role in identifying, setting up, and delivering research studies. Including recruiting, educating, monitoring participants, and ensuring accurate and timely data collection.

Alongside supporting clinical teams, a core element of the role is our community research partnership model, this involves collaborating with organisations such as care homes, schools, charities, and community groups.

You will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Based in Southampton, flexibility to work across other Trust sites is required. A full UK driving licence is essential.
