Job summary
We have exciting full-time position for a Corporate Health Safety & Security Assistant who will play a vital role in assisting the Co-operate Health, Safety & Security team by providing comprehensive support across various safety and security operations.
The post holder will liaise with a wide range of people, services, partner contracts, both internally and externally, on behalf of the Co-operate Health, Safety & Security team, will have proven efficiency in Microsoft office applications to produce regular performance reports providing detail and assurance to safety & security-related metrics. Oversee aspects of health and safety cooperate team external contracts day to day operations related to the contract, including setting up scheduled and attending regular review meetings tracking contract performance, deadlines, compliance and collate data reports on contract efficiency and compliance
Produce accurate minutes and full administration support for a range of meetings including agenda preparation, follow up appropriate actions, support incoming and outgoing mail, telephone or written messages, distributing appropriately
We are looking for a driven, exceptional candidate with ability to prioritize multiple strands of work, manage time effectively, ability to thrive in a busy and ever-changing environment and led on day-to-day support on aspects of the safety & security management team.

Main duties of the job
Assist the health, safety and security team in report writing and ensure all data is accurately logged into the Trust's safety and security management systems.
Collaborate with clinical and corporate teams to ensure that appropriate management action are taken in response to any reported situation which may constitute a possible breach of Legislative requirement or result in legal proceedings
Produce regular performance reports which provide detail and assurance relating to health & safety and security-related metrics.
Oversee aspects of the health and safety cooperate team external contracts day to day operations related to the contract, implementation, including setting up scheduled and attending regular review meetings.
Track contract performance,deadlines,compliance and collate data reports on contract optimal efficiency and compliance
Produce accurate minutes and full administration support for a range of meetings and investigations to include agenda preparation and follow up of appropriate actions
Help prepare briefings, presentations and reports to senior management and other Trust departments
Process incoming and outgoing mail, telephone or written messages, distributing appropriately and in a timely manner, taking responsibility for signposting or dealing with queries regarding issues arising
