Job summary

We have exciting full time position for a Security and Health & Safety Co-ordinator who will need to be eligible and have their own vehicle to drive in the UK as our property portfolio and service providers are across the Hampshire County, the Post holder will have experience in a similar position previously and would have preferably have direct experience of security and safety management systems. We are looking for someone with good time management, forward thinking, good at problem solving, computer literacy and operational skills with the ability to communicate to people on different levels across the NHS business structure. We are looking for a driven, exceptional candidate who will be leading on day-to-day support of aspects of the security and safety management team. The post holder will be able to thrive in a busy and ever-changing environment, support a pro security and safety culture and have a holistic approach. Will ensure an integrated approach with services and support them to and/or deliver the security and safety management function. Able to analyse performance data, monitor and track performances creating complex reports to satisfy internal and external reporting requirements, presenting, and attending meetings when requested. Support on, behalf of the Trust in supporting Managers, clinical team, investigation including but not exclusively, those in security and safety incidents reported through internal Ulysses reporting system

Main duties of the job

Support the Operation Cavell Security Management Lead in the investigation of security-related incidents, collecting and collating evidence, including CCTV footage and victim/witness statements. Assist in security and safety incident report writing and ensure all data is accurately logged into the Trust security and safety management systems. Assist the investigation of serious untoward incidents as required. Update and maintain data analysis charts and security safety reports, providing the Head of Health & Safety and Security, and the Security Manager, with accurate and timely information to support decision-making and strategic planning. Monitor trends in security/safety incidents, providing regular feedback and analysis to help identify emerging risks, trends and areas of concern across the Trust. Assist with the development of dashboard reports and other visual tools to communicate security and risk management performance to departmental, senior management and operational working groups and committee
