Main duties of the job
As a Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry within Hampshire's CMHT, you will lead clinical care and provide expert guidance within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. Key duties for each post include:
Parkway Centre, Havant:
- Lead psychiatric care within the community, focusing on integrated, holistic support for adult patients.
- Engage in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service outcomes and patient experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to manage risk, provide clinical oversight, and support professional growth.
Both roles require clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to patient-centred care. Ideal for consultants dedicated to impactful, recovery-focused mental health services in a community setting.
