Are you passionate about providing great customer service and a seamless recruitment experience? We are looking for Recruitment Officers to join our friendly and supportive Recruitment team.
Our Recruitment Officers take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment and administration.
You will support and cover for other recruiters in the team, working in partnership with Team Leads and wider HR teams to ensure the provision of recruitment is comprehensive, consistent and of a high quality.
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for the delivery of a high-quality service, the measure of which will be that time to hire and administration of services within the Recruitment service is improved.

Main duties of the job
All aspects of recruitment administration and for providing excellent levels of service to candidates and hiring managers on their journey through the recruitment processes which may include -- but not limited to -- offer process, completion of pre-employment checks in line with local policies and NHS Employers' guidelines
Issuing official documentation (such as unconditional offer letters and contracts) whilst completing the end-to-end processing via local software such as ATS, Microsoft Office products, ESR, etc.
