Job summary

The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for a busy building dealing with staff and Patients coming to clinics. The successful candidate will need to be friendly and be able to multi task. They will also need good communication and listening skills. this is a great role for someone that likes to be busy can multi task

Main duties of the job

To receive visitor in a polite and professional manner.

To ensure a full list of all clinics and out-patient appointments is available at the beginning of the day in order to record all attendances accurately.

To deal will all incoming calls, passing these on where necessary and taking messages as appropriate.

Issuing of security access cards.

To monitor receptionist generic mailbox and inform relevant persons when required
