Job summary
We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our Transaction HR Team.
The Pay Administrator for the Transactional HR Team is responsible for recording employee related information including change and termination forms, checking and ensuring the accuracy of information entered into ESR (Electronic Staff Record) and eRostering for the duration of staff employment with the Trust.
Ensuring that information is entered accurately and efficiently to meet required deadlines on to the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system and to deal with any associated queries from both staff and managers arising from this action in a professional manner.
Main duties of the job
- Process all contractual changes in a timely manner to ensure all payroll deadlines are met
- Carry out tasks for audit checking to aid in prevention with over and under payments
- Assist with dealing with pay-related queries, working alongside payroll and other teams to provide answers and resolutions for employees
- Keep employees and line managers informed of any actions and consequences of any changes
- Ensuring always working in line with GDPR guidance
- Support deputy and team leaders in any ad-hoc tasks as required
- Ensure have a good knowledge of agenda for change terms and conditions, as well as Trust policies and maintain own continuous professional development.
