Job summary
To ensure the provision of a fully comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. To support the divisional Administration Manager in the operational management of the service with the needs of the service user being the main priority. The principle of high quality customer care is at the heart of this role.

Main duties of the job
- To ensure a high standard of administration services is provided, to make recommendations to the Administration Manager and implement new developments.
- To ensure that all typing and administrative duties are completed promptly and efficiently for all staff within the Team. This will include undertaking own secretarial duties as required.
- To review filing systems to ensure that they satisfy operational needs.
- To ensure minutes are taken at specified meetings and are transcribed and distributed promptly.
- To ensure all computer work, electronic mail and the sending of faxes are completed promptly and efficiently.
- To ensure a comprehensive administrative service is provided to all staff of the Team, including use of relevant computer systems and complementary clerical routines.
- To ensure a comprehensive telephone service is provided to all staff, ensuring that messages are taken and given in a consistent and efficient manner.
- To ensure that remedial action is taken with appropriate staff if standards fall short of those expected from staff within the team.
- To ensure Trust and Adult Services policies and procedures are available to all appropriate staff.
