Quality and Governance Coordinator

Job summary
The post holder will be required to support the Director of Quality & Professions and Quality Governance Leads to support the systems and processes that underpin all aspects of quality, compliance, safety and risk management within the Children & Families division.
There will be a requirement to oversee and monitor a range of complex activities and provide comprehensive high level administrative support. The post holder will need to be able to work autonomously and manage discrete projects. The post holder will also be expected to take responsibility and think independently, respond to sudden unexpected demands and use autonomous judgement and initiative.
Main duties of the job
Coordination of training sessions, including booking of venues, sending invites and monitoring attendance responses
Coordination of quality visits, including liaison with clinical teams, information gathering and participating as appropriate
Management of a range of complex and competing priorities requiring effective prioritisation
Support thematic reviews from incidents in order to identify trends such as staff absence and caseload levels, identifying and resolving issues identified
Ensure that the coordination of any incidents requiring rapid review and escalation are identified and undertaken.
To assist the Director of Quality & Professions and Quality Governance Leads in administering a database of service line complaints and assist in the complaints management process.
Provide reports on trends analysis as a results of service concerns and complaints received.
Assist in the development of action plans relating to the quality and governance agenda
Ensure that action plans as a result of incidents, complaints, investigations or risk assessments are monitored and delivered with non-compliance escalated to the Director of Quality & Professions
Oversee the administration of meetings including development of agendas, inviting speakers / guess, minute taking, updating and chasing action trackers
Assist in the development and planning of reports needed to support internal and external meetings, proactively providing information required in advance
