Main duties of the job
The primary function of this role is to provide clinical and managerial leadership to the day-to-day operation of the OPMH team and support the delivery of the CORE 24 standards. However, it may be appropriate for the post holder to carry a small caseload of service users, for example in the delivery of a specialist intervention. This arrangement would be subject to regular review and would cease if the carrying of a small caseload became an obstacle to delivery of the primary function.
