Job summary
The is an exciting opportunity to join a new service. At Risk Mental State pathway (ARMS) are looking to recruit a part time Administrator to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team.
Base to be agreed upon appointment; however, there will be opportunity to work remotely and from other bases. Potential bases include:
Parkway, Havant
Parklands House, Basingstoke

The post holder must have experience of working within an administrative environment and will be working closely with our ARMS and Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) pathway. You will need to have a warm and professional manner; the successful candidate will be working as part of a team and therefore being a team player is essential as well as having the ability to work independently.
Deliver excellent levels of customer service to all staff and patients or visitors at the Trust.
Develop effective ways of working and create strong partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders and service partners to support the implementation of the Government's policies on Health.

Main duties of the job
Administration
*To type correspondence using both copy typing and audio, including letters, minutes, and reports as indicated by the line manager.
*Be responsible for administration support to nominated individuals
*To set up office systems and procedures to ensure that all documents can be retrieved easily.
*Organising meetings and taking minutes as necessary, typing and distributing to those appropriate.
*To assist in the collection of data for the purpose of audit, research and service performance.
*To be able to enter and retrieve information from spreadsheet databases.
*To deal with incoming and outgoing emails as required.
*Support the clinical lead as required in diary management, meeting management, report writing, administering personnel files and taking messages.
*Ensure that all typing and administrative duties are completed promptly and efficiently for the clinical lead. This will include undertaking own secretarial duties as required.
*To support the clinical lead in relation to IT equipment provision. This relates to ordering, retrieval on ending of contracts, ensuring an accurate record is kept
Communication
*To ensure effective communication with service users, relatives and carers, visitors, staff, and others.
*To ensure that all communication is within the boundaries of service user confidentiality and to seek guidance when unsure.
