Are you a Spinal MSK Clinical Specialist looking for a new challenge?

Flexible working? Not a problem. We offer part-time hours within our spinal teams working with experienced clinical specialists and supported by a Consultant Physiotherapist and Orthopaedic Physician.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will be supported and encouraged to lead in quality improvement, such as projects to support shared decision-making and improve patient-centred care, helping to deliver the NHS long-term plan. The service encourages clinician development and all staff receive training and support, which may include working towards advanced practice framework accreditation.It is desirable that the applicant has worked in a specialist MSK service and has studied at a master's level. It is essential they have advanced-level clinical reasoning skills and over 5 years of post-graduate experience in MSK.The Orthopaedic Choice service works throughout West Hampshire running clinics in several locations. We offer flexible working and depending on your personal circumstances can offer work at one or more of the following sites: Andover Hospital, Avalon House Winchester, Romsey Hospital, Hythe Hospital and Lymington Hospital.
