Job summary
Are you a registered mental health nurse looking for a band 5 or 6 community role? Are you a band 5 RMN looking for a development post?
Keen to no longer work shifts and work hours that suit you?
We are looking for an individual to support service users requiring support from the Winchester Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). The team has a strong group of care co-ordinators with excellent leadership support. We have very good feedback of the learning environment.
We are looking for a RMN to join our team which includes; a RGN for physical health, RMNs, a social worker, an OT, psychology staff, medical staff and our admin team, we are a fantastic multidisciplinary team keen to hear from you.
We will ensure you feel confident through induction to begin working with a caseload of patients. If you are new to the community we will ensure you have a robust induction to allow you to feel confident with caseload holding. We offer lots of caseload supervision.

Main duties of the job
To fulfil the requirements of this role you need to hold a professional registration in Mental Health Nursing. You may be required to cover clinics as necessary.
To be an active member of the multidisciplinary team supporting the assessment and care planning for service users.
To support patients with complex needs who are in a community crisis and require shared care.
Care co-ordination for patients with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
To undertake ongoing assessment, treatment and evaluation for service users known to the service.
To support the delivery of therapeutic interventions.
Support the transformation of the team to deliver local evidence based care
