Job summary
We are looking for a candidate who may be interested in a 10-month secondment to the Portsmouth CAMHS Manager role. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to help continue to shape, develop, and lead a dynamic Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust CAMHS team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and creative leader to focus on quality assurance, team governance, data reporting, managing complaints and incidents, and the day-to-day leadership and management of the team and service. It is also an exciting time to be part of the new Trust formation, the HIOW and developments in children and adolescent mental health.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will apply your understanding of multi-agency approaches and effective partnership working to establish an aspirational, child centred integrated approach. We would expect any applicant to be a registered professional with a core qualification and have experience in leadership and management.
