This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance family wellbeing within this mental health specialism.

In addition, this is a new innovative opportunity for development of skills and knowledge in post, leading to pay progression. This development role starts at band 4 with progression to Band 5 once a competency framework is completed. Competencies will be agreed and signed off through supervision whilst in post and there will be access to specialist training to enable continued development of knowledge and key interventions to help enhance the parent /infant bond and attachment.

You will be expected to visit women/birthing people in their own homes or at other premises; therefore, car driver is essential for this role. You will need to be able to work autonomously in the community and use your own initiative.
