Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (HIOWH) came into being on 1 October 2024. With the transaction to form the new Trust now complete, the Integration Programme has been initiated to deliver the tasks required to bring teams and associated process and systems from the legacy organisations together into streamlined functions to support the new single organisation. The Integration Programme is led by the Chief Integration Officer with multiple workstreams delivering the integration activities across clinical and corporate areas.
This is a great opportunity to be at the heart of the new Trust and join an exciting, fast-paced programme of work which will see the post-holder getting involved in a variety of tasks that support the efficient running of this important programme of work.
The Project Support Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the programme and the various workstreams that sit within it. The ideal applicant will provide high quality administrative and project support to the programme which will include all aspects of admin support to the Chief Integration Officer to ensure workstreams are delivered in line with the programme plan.

Main duties of the job
*To assist the Chief Integration Officer with the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a series of workstreams delivered on behalf of the HIOWH Trust Executive Committee, that can vary in complexity.
*To undertake administration and clerical duties relevant to the Integration Programme to enable and support delivery.
*Act as a central support to the varied workstreams of the Integration Programme.
*To work without direct supervision and show extensive use of initiative in prioritising workload to ensure the effective delivery of workstreams.
*To offer support to enable specific events across the workstreams planned and held including the set up and administration of Eventbrite (or equivalent).
*To provide administration support with communication, agendas, minute taking for workstreams as required. To support workstream chairs as needed with regard to admin and clerical support.
*To carry out other duties as necessary to meet the changing needs of HIOWH Trust, in accordance with management requirements and appropriate to banding.
