Job summary
Southern Health Foundation Trust has an exciting opportunity for a full-time administration assistant to join The Willow Group, a forward thinking, innovative GP group providing primary care services for over 48,000 patients across the Gosport locality.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person with excellent organisational & communication skills to support our established QOF team.
Main duties of the job
To provide QOF administration to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the practice whilst always providing good customer service experience for all patients. Support the practice and provide cross-cover support to other sites across the Primary Care division as required.
Provide business admin to support the Group Practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe and effective working environment.
Ensure a friendly and professional ethos within the team/department for patients.

The final combination of Southern Health and Solent NHS Trust services is expected in late 2024, when our new organisation, to be known as Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, will be formed.
Our new Trust will continue to cater to the unique needs of different communities, making healthcare across the county more accessible, as well as offering staff more opportunities for career development, training and partnership working.
