Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff management, and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for all outpatient room bookings, internal mail and franking and will provide clerical support to the General Office, assisting with hospital finances, ordering stock and stationery as required as well as providing support to the Site Manager.

Main duties of the job
*Deal with Meeting Room Bookings using the QFM system.
*To assist in the process of franking of mail, to remit monthly franking records to Financial Directorate.
*To reimburse fare refunds and petty cash demands in accordance with the code of financial procedure.
*To collect and receipt monies when required in accordance with Trust Code of Financial Procedures, including monies from the on-site caf.
*Assist the Site Manager to manage on site contracts such as laundry, grounds and gardens.
*To assist with Patients Affairs, returning money and property in accordance with Trust Financial Procedure and holding patient's valuables securely and to liaise with deceased next of kin, arranging for all correct paperwork to be completed and handed to the relatives along with any property.
*To answer general reception and telephone queries, covering the main Switchboard when required.
*To report defects to the Estates Services helpdesk as required keeping a database of all reported defects.
*Placing stationery and stock orders using the Iproc system.

Our new Trust will continue to cater to the unique needs of different communities, making healthcare across the county more accessible, as well as offering staff more opportunities for career development, training and partnership working.
