Job summary
We are looking for an administrator that will run our reception and provide support to the team and residents at Crowlin House. The post holder should be confident in having direct contact with our residents, carers and members of the public as they will be the first point of contact. This post holder will have a range of skills that can support the delivery of a wide range of administration tasks to include e-roster development, records management, management of petty cash, telephone skills and meeting minutes.
The post holder will be part of a small and dedicated team that support our residents to live their best possible lives. This post holder is a key member of our team and the rewards of the role come from knowing the contribution you make goes towards supporting our residents in their recovery.
Main duties of the job
The candidate will need to undertake the following tasks:
* Manage incoming calls to the service, fielding calls and directing them to the relevant person.
* Manage petty cash and support our residents in accessing required money for shopping, this will require liaison with our Trust finance department off site.
* Undertake admin duties to include taking minutes and records from meetings.
* Support the development of our roster, including having oversight in some key areas.
* Be the first point of contact for visitors, residents and carers.
* Have skills in using the system to order provisions and stationery
* Liaise with our estates partners to ensure any issues logged are resolved.
