This role will be managing and developing a modest size team of Integrated Therapies comprised of Occupational and Physiotherapists (OT, PT), Rehab assistants, Apprentice OT, and PT students based at Lymington Hospital.
We are looking for a motivated manager with previous experience in supervising small teams who is looking to develop their skills in moulding the next leaders in therapy. Home and access visits are key to achieve this, if indicated, for safe discharge as part of providing patient-centred care. As a skilled professional, prioritising dynamic cases daily which often present with complex frailty and social issues will be your forte!
