Job summary
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic person who would like to join the Recovery College team?
This would be an ideal opportunity for a recovery focused practitioner who would like to further develop their recovery knowledge and skills to enhance their practice.
The successful applicant will have good knowledge of recovery, have attended Recovery College courses and be confident in sharing their experience of working in this way.
The role will involve working within the ethos of the College by co-producing and delivering high quality recovery & self-management related training. There will also be an expectation to supervise and mentor associate trainers.
The post offered can be full-time or part-time (30 hours) as a substantive or fixed term contract or secondment with the support of your line manager. The team base is at Thomas Lewis House, Southampton, SO14 OJY and there are also opportunities to work from home. We do deliver courses face to face and virtually so confidence using technology and the ability to travel across Hampshire to the various venue.

Main duties of the job
*To develop and deliver high quality recovery & self-management related training, working within the co-production ethos of the college
*To role model in training working clinically in a recovery and self-management focused way
*To take a role in supervising and managing associate trainers as required
*To take responsibility for own contribution to ensuring that the principles of co-production, delivery and learning are adhered to within the college
