We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator as part of Chandler's Ford Primary Care Network (PCN).

This is a new, exciting, and innovative post to support the needs of the local population living with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
In Hampshire and Isle of Wight (HIOW) we have launched our plan to transform experiences in adult mental health through a programme called 'No Wrong Door'. This is led by the local NHS, councils, Public Health, GPs, voluntary and community partners and people with lived experience of mental illness.
Main duties of the job
Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust (SHFT) are working with Primary Care Networks (known as PCNs), across Southwest Hampshire including Eastleigh Health, Eastleigh Southern Parishes, Chandler's Ford, Romsey and North Baddesley, Totton, Waterside, Coastal Medical Partnership, New Forest and Avon Valley. Collectively we look after the needs of the local populations in collaborative partnership with organisations, including local authorities, community service providers and voluntary and community groups to deliver this new and innovative approach to mental health care.
We recognise the value of Team Administrators and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and will be the linchpin of the primary care mental health offer in each locality. If you have a keen eye for detail, can work across a wide variety of projects, supporting meetings, plans and data management, this could be the role for you. Working independently, you will need excellent administrative and IT skills and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of groups. The post holder will provide a high-quality, comprehensive and pro-active project administrator function to support the delivery of work and services. This post requires a flexible 'can-do' attitude with adaptability and a responsive, positive approach to change.
