Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust Estates Services is a modern health care maintenance organisation delivering repair services to over 150 buildings across the South of England. We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Carpenter to deliver a first class maintenance and repair service across a variety of our properties.
You would be working out of a base in the Southampton area, serving the surrounding areas. You will need to use your specialist knowledge and customer service experience to assist us in delivering a first class service to our varied service users.

A salary of 28,407 to 34,581 based on a 37.5 hour week.
Initially 27 days annual leave rising to 33 days (subject to length of service) plus Bank and Public Holidays.

Main duties of the job
To carry out or oversee the repair/maintenance installation of complex plant and equipment associated with premises administered by the Estates & Facilities Division whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are always adhered to. This will involve a multi skilled approach as well as the full range of duties associated with post holders primary trade which will be Carpentry.
