Job summary

The is an exciting opportunity to join the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) who are looking to recruit a full time Administrator to join our friendly but fast paced multi-disciplinary team.

Based at The Bridge Centre Basingstoke there is free on site parking, some of the benefits of joining our team:

*Annual leave -- 27 days for new starters, plus bank holidays. Increasing to 29 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 year NHS service. Pro rata for part-time staff.

The post holder must have experience of working within an administrative environment and will be working closely with our consultants. You will need to have a warm and professional manner; the successful candidate will be working as part of a team and therefore being a team player is essential as well as having the ability to work independently with good IT skills.

Main duties of the job

To work as part of the Community Mental Health multi-disciplinary team, and liaise with users of the service, carers and other voluntary and non-statutory agencies.

To provide administration and clerical support within a mental health environment.

Monitoring and maintaining departmental quality standards within the scope of the job description.

Ensure a friendly and professional ethos within the team/department for patients and staff.
