We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Painter and Decorator to deliver a first class maintenance and repair service across a variety of our properties.

A salary of 25,147 up to 27,596 based on a 37.5 hour week.
27 days annual leave initially rising to 33 days (subject to length of service) plus Bank and Public Holidays.

Main duties of the job
To carry out a maintenance and repair role within a hospital environment across 8 Trusts covering the whole of Hampshire. The post holder is expected to work using own initiative within local and legislative guidelines/procedures seeking advice from line manager and outside agencies when appropriate. Work is managed not supervised, at least 10% of work is checked each year.
You would be working out of a base in the Southampton and/or Portsmouth area in Hampshire, serving the surrounding areas. You will need to use your specialist knowledge and customer service experience to assist us in delivering a first class service to our varied service users.
