Job summary
We are recruiting to a new and exciting role, helping new to UK clinicians gain familiarity with NHS practices and procedures and non-work related information, such as, accommodation, travel, childcare, national insurance, tax and linking with local support networks and existing health and wellbeing offers.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide inclusive, tailored welfare support to new-to-UK Clinicians and their families in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and doctors in training across Health Education England Wessex footprint.
Engagement will occur via phone/Microsoft Teams, and written correspondence including email and other online mediums. There may also be the opportunity to meet in person if required.
This is a new role, and the individual will be required to set up the service and referral processes, as well as undertaking one to one consultations.
