Working closely with Community Matrons, education partners, commissioners and CAMHS colleagues, you will foster strong integrated relationships and ensure that the service's clinical standards remain robust, compassionate and aligned with our Trust values.
A key facet of the role involves delivering advanced clinical oversight, safeguarding leadership, and the supervision and development of staff across the teams. You will actively contribute to and lead quality audits as a member of the Fundamental Standards Forum, making sure learning is embedded and improvements are sustained. Through reflective practice, training and mentorship, you will help develop a confident, resilient workforce that is able to thrive in a growing and fast moving service environment. You will also play a leading role in service planning, data informed improvement, partnership development and representing WiMT at local, regional and national levels
