We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated full-time Band 4 Quality Assurance Facilitators to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team within the Nursing and Governance Directorate. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping clinical excellence across our Trust.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Lead and Quality Compliance Team in delivering a robust Clinical Audit Programme.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and undertaking clinical audit projects that drive improvements in patient care.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data (both quantitative and qualitative) to inform decision-making and compliance.
- Maintain and develop standard systems and processes that underpin quality governance.
- Communicate findings clearly and confidently to both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring everyone understands how we can improve together.
What We're Looking For
- A good educational background (A-levels, BTEC, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience).
- Strong keyboard and IT skills, with the ability to work confidently with data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal information effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Experience in a clinical or information environment is desirable, but not essential - we'll provide full training and support.
- A proactive, organised approach and a genuine interest in healthcare quality.
