Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Team Administrator within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, based at The Acley Centre, although there may be a requirement for you to work at other Trust sites.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative duties for the full multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will need to have excellent IT and organisational skills and a good knowledge and understanding of information systems. Significant secretarial/administrative experience is essential along with comprehensive knowledge and experience within Microsoft office applications.
The team is a busy and fast paced environment so the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a flexible and motivated attitude to work is essential.
The role mainly includes day to day admin tasks such as organising meetings and appointments,answering the phone to service users and other agencies, tending to the central email box and the minuting of clinical meetings. Some dictation is also required to support clinical staff.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written coupled with proven secretarial skills and previous experience is essential.
