Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Education & Training Team for an Education & Training Officer.

We are responsible for administration of training courses, both internal and external, and we provide information, advice and guidance to Trust staff on a range of queries regarding their training requirement and training matrix.

We use a range of IT systems, including ESR. Using these systems, we provide and analyse reports to with others and work with managers to help Trust training competency.

Main duties of the job

To provide typed work of a high standard to support the team including but not exclusive to: handouts, flyers, Emails, letters, registers, reports on bookings etc.Sort mail merge and check for accuracy prior to distribution.Cancel and rearrange training courses where applicable.Provide and prepare workshop materials, training packs, handouts, evaluations, attendance certificates etc as required ensuring all documents are up to date and accurate and provide these within the agreed timescales.Ensure training rooms are adequately stocked and maintain stock stationery for the department and any ad hoc requirements as necessary via CARDEA.Any other duties that may be reasonably be required by the appropriate manage.
