Job summary
A great opportunity has become available to join the Older Peoples Mental Health Services (MHSOP) leadership team . The role will be as the Inpatient Service Manager and will be responsible for six acute wards across DTV.
Main duties of the job
This post is responsible for leading all the operational functions across across the DTV Inpatient Wards for MHSOP.
As well as this, you will be a key part of the senior management team supercell to ensure successful delivery and development of services including wider, whole system, transformation. The successful candidate will be joining the team at a really exciting time as we embark on a number of different service development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within MHSOP services at a senior level. They must have a strong team work ethic, extensive operational management experience, an ability to innovate and collaborate successfully across organisations, with a focus on delivering high quality patient care. Demonstrable evidence and experience in successful service development, improvement and design will also be a key characteristic of the successful candidate.
