An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, pro-active and enthusiastic Team Manager for our Newly created Intensive support Team in NYY&S for the learning disability service.
This is a full-time post and we encourage applications from candidates wanting to work innovatively and flexibly to ensure that staff and service users are fully supported to achieve their full potential. The team is in development and a the team manager will help drive and develop this service.
Main duties of the job
The Team Manager will provide operational management of the Intensive support team , including accountability for ensuring the highest professional standards and attitudes towards the care of patients are maintained and delivered at all times in accordance with evidence-based practice. They will be pivotal in developing this service.
