Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to work alongside the team at Roseberry Park Hospital.
Applicants must ensure that prior to applying they have agreement from their current line manager that they can be released on a secondment basis.
In the event that permanent funding is secured for this post the successful applicant will be confirmed in post on a permanent basis
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have management experience and be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, and should hold a recognised Information Technology qualification to include word processing/ database e.g. City & Guild Diploma and Leadership / Management at NVQ 4 or equivalent experience.
The role involvessupporting the Locality Management team as well as line management and supervision of a number of admin staff, including all appraisals, supervision and team development.
