Job summary
We are looking to recruit a well organised administrator, to provide an efficient/effective administrative/clerical support service to support the Specialist health team - based at Green Lane, Spennymoor.
Main duties of the job
Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills, have an understanding of administrative/clerical procedures and experience of working in a customer service environment. Applicants will be expected to answer phone calls and queries from patients and other professionals in a busy service.
Applicants should be self-motivated, have a flexible approach to work. The ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to perform repetitive tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail, together with an understanding of information governance/confidentiality issues are essential aspects of the roles.
The successful applicant should have data input experience, knowledge of patient information systems and records management procedures.
