Job summary
This part time role is suited to an individual who enjoys variety in their administrative work. The role is within the Community Mental Health Team in Stockton supporting the Senior Clinical Director with administrative tasks 2 day per week, totalling 16 hours per week in total.
Main duties of the job
Excellent Communication skills required.
Excellent administrative skills including diary management, co-ordinate and arrange appointments, book in meetings and other events.
Excellent keyboard skills required: will need to type, be competent in letter writing, report writing, agenda devising, minute taking, confident on the computer and all aspects of IT skills.
The role entails liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
