Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our dedicated team. This is a pivotal role supporting the health and wellbeing of our workforce through expert clinical input, policy guidance, and performance monitoring.
Main duties of the job

- Represent the Occupational Health Service at relevant meetings and committees, providing specialist clinical advice.
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture within Occupational Health and the wider organisation.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance to staff and managers on employment policies, including sickness absence, equality and diversity, reasonable adjustments, and workplace wellbeing.
- Lead on the analysis and reporting of customer satisfaction data to inform service improvements.
- Develop and monitor Occupational Health activity data to support performance reporting and service efficiency.
- Ensure service delivery meets Key Performance Indicators and contractual obligations.
- Deliver health surveillance programmes in line with statutory and organisational requirements.
- Support and participate in healthy workplace initiatives and wellbeing campaigns.
- Manage to mass vaccination programmes and outbreak management efforts
