The post holder will assist the care group rota administrators in the provision of an efficient, effective admin and rota support service within orthopaedics and surgery for medical staff, nursing staff and senior manager's within the Care Group.
Work in conjunction with the Clinical Director, General Manager, Consultants and Service Delivery Manager to ensure medical staffing resources are allocated effectively and efficiently in order to meet elective and emergency service demands.
The post holder will provide effective admin support for meetings, through the collation and preparation of meeting related documents acting as minute/note taker for meetings.
Main duties of the job

Deal with incoming queries as appropriate from service users in a mannerthat is consistent with legislation, policies and procedures, taking any necessary action as required, and where necessary take accurate written messages and pass directors and associated staff members where appropriate.
