Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to recruit a highly motivated Administrator within the Care Group Healthy Lives Business Support Team. The post will be based at University Hospital of Hartlepool / hybrid working, although a key element of this role will require travel between Trust sites and other premises for business purposes. This is a permanent 37.5 hours post, Monday to Friday to cover office hours between 08:00 and 17:00.
Must hold Diploma/NVQ Level 3 and ITQ Level 2 or equivalent in business administration or willingness to work towards within an agreed timescale. Key skills in literacy and numeracy level 2 or O level/GCSE in Maths and English grade C or above are essential.
Main duties of the job
Accountable to the Senior Business Lead for Care Group Healthy Lives, the post holder will provide support by performing assigned key tasks to assist in the delivery of team objectives, assisting in the development and delivery of improved systems.
The post-holder will work with staff across the Trust, and beyond, including Adult Care Home settings.
The role will involve providing comprehensive, efficient administrative support to Business Support and other commissioned projects. This will include providing effective administration support, general assistance to the Care Group, providing day-to-day support, organisation of some training sessions and events, collecting data and feedback.
The post holder must work with initiative and without direct supervision on assigned key tasks to assist in the delivery of team objectives.
The post-holder will promote the Healthy Lives Care Group vision and ensure this is embedded in all business activities.
