Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse or ODP to undertake a band 6 role within the scrub speciality, This would encompasse Trauma, Upper and Lower Limb, Dealing with the day to day running of the lists and any Equipment/Kit issues. It would also include supporting a team of Band 5's and Theatre support workers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help carry our service forward during this time. . Delivering a high standard of care during surgical intervention in a demanding and complex environment. You will already have considerable post registration theatre experience and possess a post registration mentorship or equivalent teaching qualification.

A key part of the role will be to to initiate new ways of working in support of the Trust's transformation of services and driving productivity and efficiency.
