Job summary
As a senior manager, the Senior Operations Manager will play an important role supporting the General Manager and operational team for Cardiology. This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the department.
Main duties of the job
The Senior Operations Manager will play a pivotal role within the Trust building close working relationships, both internally and externally, with clinical staff, other managers and support staff along with responsibility for ensuring optimal levels of staffing are planned for the primary PCI service. Other aspects of this role will include managing compliance of constitutional targets, utilisation and any internal performance indicators
